Bar Boulud - Knightsbridge

Sometimes we just want a bit of lux!

When my parents visited London, we decided to go to try Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental. This restaurant is totally baby friendly lux! From the attentive staff who could easily take on nanny service as well to a baby change room that is decorated in gold.

The key to surviving a luxy meal with a baby is timing! Time the meal to a quieter time (i.e lunch) and when the baby naps. We were lucky that Dumpling napped for most the lunch. He napped so much that he woke up happy! Score!

There is a set-lunch/ pre-theater set menu which runs daily from 12-6:30pm. We ordered the 3 course set lunch menu for £29.00. The starters and mains are relatively smaller portion. However you get a choice from the main dessert menu, which is to die for!

1️⃣ Close to station and step free access: It is not close to a step free tube station, however it is only a short walk from a bus station. No 14 from Green Park drops off close to Mandarin Oriental
