Three months ago we went to Roka at Canary Wharf for brunch to celebrate my mum's 67th birthday. She had come to London to help me out for 6 weeks and it was her last week before going home to Australia.

The mother-daughter bond is so important particularly in the newborn phase. It really gave me a greater appreciation of all the things my mum had to go through when raising me.

Mum loved the Roka brunch celebration. Roka has a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. The food is delicious and the bottomless wine and sashimi is the icing on the cake! Unfortunately I couldn't take part in the free flowing wine as I was breastfeeding.

Roka is very baby friendly. 🥟 was only 6 weeks old at the time. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a nice table with space for a buggy. There were also many tables with high chairs and older kids too.

It really is the perfect bottomless brunch where you don't need to leave the kids behind.
