Sunday yum-cha (or Dim Sum as they call it in the UK) is a family tradition of ours. Therefore when my parents were here for Easter Sunday, that is precisely what we did!
We visited our local Royal China at Canary Wharf. Normally over the weekends, we have to get there at 12noon on the dot otherwise there would be a huge queue with an hour wait. However I suspect many people were travelling over the Easter weekend, therefore we got a table almost straight away.
The staff at Royal China are extremely accommodating for young families. They sat us at a large table near the window so we would have space to park the buggy. The service and food is impeccable at Royal China. The dim sum is always delicious. As it was Easter, they had some specials: Milk pudding bunny desserts and vegetable buns shaped as little pigs.

While everyone was eating and enjoying their lunch, my dad was busy entertaining 🥟 by tempting him with food. 🥟 was trying hard to grab it, however he did not succeed. Clearly everyone is excited about weaning (no just me!)
